Airbus Helicopters — Paris Le Bourget
Duration: 2023 – 2025 (apprenticeship)
I’m currently doing a work-study program at Airbus Helicopters as a tooling designer.
My mission is to meet the needs of the technicians who manufacture the main and rear blades. I work directly with them.
My first assignment was to design a tool to support a rear blade, to be controlled by a 3D scanner. The solution was 3D printed.
This first mission enabled me to discover how a 3D scanner works. One of the difficulties I encountered was ensuring the repeatability of the control process. To achieve this, I had to create a support that stabilized the blade without applying stresses to it. The scanning process requires the presence of tablets on all the zones, but for rapid inspection the tablets must not be on the part being inspected. The addition of an arch was therefore necessary.
I model with CATIA and have created a few macros for my department.

Intech Medial — Saint-Soupplets
Duration: 3 weeks (2023)
I worked for Intech as a draughtsman in the design office.
This first professional experience enabled me to discover the CREO design software. With which I exclusively used the sheet metal environment. I produced drawings and exports (STL, DXF and PDF).
I developed my ability to work in a company and pay attention to the smallest details.
